Meet the Co-founders
TREVOR FARMER
Trevor built and ran a highly profitable Veterinary practice for 14 years in North Queensland.
Realising that the stress of working 60 hours a weeks to maintain the business was affecting his ability to see his children grow up, he sold the practice, retired, and built a series of sales distribution networks that gave him both time with his family and a six figure income.
For more than 30 years, Trevor has studied the principles of ‘Unbreakable Success’ and introspective leadership through various avenues, and has successfully coached others - including world-class athletes and people with severe medical impairments, through his transformational mentoring.
The culmination of this work resulted in co-founding Topcatz and presenting their signature live and on-line program -- ‘The Unbreakable Success Matrix’.
He is also the co-author of one of the most insightful personal development books available. "The Last 1%" distils the fundamental principles of professional success and personal satisfaction into an enjoyable and impactful read.
It is Trevor's fierce love for people that is at the heart of his ability to help people transform themselves and their organisations.

JULIANE COWAN
Juliane lives in North Queensland, on a cattle property, 500km from any urban development.
Here she is raising her four beautiful children, and part of the management team that runs a large agricultural operation over 150 000 acres and three properties.
Living rural/ remote hasn't stopped Juliane's passion and drive to provide opportunities for people to gain access to the best tools and teachings to help them live an incredible life.
Juliane's pursuit of ‘Unbreakable Success’ started more than 20 years ago whilst in search of personal fulfilment and professional development for her existing businesses.
After many years of relentless self-mastery, discovering that we all have our own personal innate gifts and then applying these success principles in her own life, Juliane has become a leader in her community, and loves to empower others through live and online programs offered by Topcatz.
She was the driving force behind their book, The Last 1% and is a regular guest columnists in publications on human potential and behavioural change.
